CAFÉ SOLO PEDRO XIMÉNEZ SHERRY CASK FINISHED COFFEE LIQUEUR

This batch (001) is finished in Pedro Ximénez (PX) Sherry casks, from Jerez in southern Spain. Indulgent, dessert-like, with the PX sherry cask adding layers of sweetness, depth, and complexity. Notes of rich toffee, fig, walnut and lemon.

HOW TO DRINK

• Try in our PX-PRESSO Martini, on the rocks or poured over ice-cream. 60ml Café Solo PX, 30ml Espresso, 30ml Vodka 
  Shake up in a cocktail shaker with ice, strain into a martini glass and enjoy!
