Warm up with our CAFÉ SOLO Irish Coffee! Here's how to whip it up:

Ingredients:

• 25ml CAFÉ SOLO Original Coffee Liqueur
• 25ml Irish Whiskey
• 100ml Hot Coffee
• 2 tablespoons Double Cream
• ½ teaspoon Brown Sugar

Method:

1. First, make sure your mug/glass is warmed up by adding hot water to it
2. Let's shake things up! In a shaker, dry shake the double cream until it's slightly thickened (without ice)
3. Pour out the hot water and then pour in the hot coffee into your favourite mug or Irish Coffee glass, then add the CAFÉ SOLO Original, Irish Whiskey, and brown sugar. Give it a good stir.
4. Now, for the fun part! Gently float the whipped cream on top of the coffee mixture using the back of a spoon.
5. Serve it up piping hot and get ready to cozy up with your CAFÉ SOLO Irish Coffee!
